CALL FOR ARTISTS AND CREATIVE PROFESSIONALS

The Espejo Organization for the Arts (EOarts) created Contemporary Creative Practice Magazine (CCPM) in 2018, an online publication that focuses on international creative professionals based in the US. CCPM is interested in presenting the story behind the work and the motivations and personal goals that drive each artist and creative.

 

The magazine features professionals working in the fields of Visual Arts, Film, Dance, Design, Music, Theater, Illustration, Animation, Media, and Entertainment with the mission of creating a platform where to give voice to all the disciplines that shape contemporary creativity. 

Submit:

1. Up to 5 images of your work in jpeg format, each no bigger than 1M.

2. Statement: In a couple of paragraphs, describe your vision and intentions of your work.

3. Short BIO: Country of origin, the city in the US where you live, the time you have been living in the US, and a summary of your career achievements.

CALL FOR ILLUSTRATORS

"EOARTS ILLUSTRATION NOW" Catalog

 

The Espejo Organization for the Arts (EOarts) and Us for the Arts (UsArts) are hosting an open call for international illustrators working and living in the United States. EOarts and UsArts will produce a catalog that will include selected works of foreign-born illustrators living in the US. We encourage illustrators to draw from their personal experiences as immigrants to create pieces for this entry. The aim of this project is to include as many visual stories, positive and negative, that will serve as a survey on the contribution that foreign-born illustrators are making to the U.S. visual and communication arts, celebrating the cultural diversity of the US. Please, send us your best work!

1. Up to 5 illustrations in jpeg format, each no bigger than 1M.

2. Statement: In a couple of paragraphs, describe your vision and the subject you chose to depict in your illustrations and why.

3. Short BIO: Country of origin, the city where you live, the time you have been living in the US, and a summary of your career achievements.

The Espejo Organization for the Arts (EOarts) is hosting an open call for international photo-based artists living in the United States. EOarts will produce a catalog that will include selected works of foreign-born artists using the photographic medium. The aim of this project is to include as many photographic styles and cultural backgrounds that will serve as a survey on the contribution that foreign-born photo-based artists are making to the U.S. visual and communication arts, celebrating the cultural diversity of the US. Please, send us your best work!
